What Is A Closing Collection?

We gather around 50-100 pieces and put them into a collection. This collection will only be available for a certain amount of time before it is closed for good. We usually run these sales for around 2-3 months to give you plenty of time to purchase from our INSANELY discounted items. After the sale is over and all orders have been fulfilled we create a BRAND NEW collection for you to shop from!

Will You Still Ship My Order After The Sale Is Over?
Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your jewelry in a timely manner. Just because we are closing our doors does not mean that our work is complete. Simply put, we will not rest until every last one of our customers have experienced our shimmering jewelry and completely satisfied with their purchase.

Why Did I Receive Part Of My Order?
Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our jewelry are sent out within 2-4 business weeks, International orders can take up to 3-5 weeks depending on location. Our jewelry is special made and can take longer to be delivered. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way!

How Can I Replace Damaged Or Incorrect Orders?

How Long Does It Take For Refund To Reflect In My Account?
We process refunds within in 48 hours of receiving. Your funds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Where is my order?
Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take anywhere from 3 days to 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive from the date it was placed. We do not keep much inventory on hand, so most orders go into production after they are placed. Our customer service team is dedicated to keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping & Handling?
Shipping and Handling is $5.95 for orders below $34.99. Anything over $35 ships FREE! Some of our jewelry are shipped from different locations so if you received part of your order, don't worry the rest is still on its way!

I Haven't Received My Order Confirmation

The most likely reason is that your order confirmation went to spam or junk. We've had this issue frequently with popular email platforms like Hotmail/Outlook and Yahoo. So please check your spam folder and mark the item as "not spam"

What Is Your Jewelry Made Out Of?

All of our jewelry is made from nickel free non-allergic metals such as stainless steel, sterling silver, and rhodium plated zinc alloy. We make sure that we do not use any materials that would cause an allergic reaction.


Each piece is custom made for you when you place your order, so please expect slight variances in the alignment and depth of the letters. These minor inconsistencies add to the artistic charm and uniqueness of your stamped piece. As jewelry artists, we strive to make your one-of-a-kind piece beautiful. All of our photos used for marketing may seem brighter & more enhanced than actual product.
